Benjamin L. Patterson
Ben advises clients on estate planning, estate administration, and Medicaid planning. He regularly delivers seminars on issues related to estate planning and taxes. With a strong focus on building and developing client relationships, he enjoys educating on the value of proper estate planning techniques.
Ben is an estate planning attorney with a law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He served as staff editor of The John Marshall Law School’s Journal of Information Technology and Privacy Law as well as Vice President and co-founder of the John Marshall Law School’s Law and Entrepreneurial Society. Ben’s undergraduate degree in Political Science is from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ben was raised in southern Wisconsin but is now a resident of Denver with his wife, Jessica, and two young daughters. Ben enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and playing basketball in his spare time.
Stewart W. Fleisher – Retired
Stewart specialized in Estate Planning for over 30 years. Stewart’s law degree is from the University of Denver, and he holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School (Boston, MA). Stewart has written articles for the Colorado Lawyer and has taught estate planning to attorneys from all over the U.S.
Stewart officially retired from practicing law in July of 2019. He now spends his winters at his home in Tucson, Arizona and his summers in the Denver and Breckenridge areas. Although retired, Stewart regularly consults with Ben Patterson to offer his wealth of knowledge and expertise on all matters related to estate planning. This ensures clients continue to receive the same outstanding representation they had come to expect during Stewart’s years as an attorney.
