Privacy Policy

Your message goes to our inbox and nowhere else

When you fill out our contact form, call, or email us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and details about your situation. The contact form delivers that information to the firm's inbox through an email delivery service, which carries the message and does not use it for anything else. We use what you send to respond to you, schedule your free consultation, and, if you become a client, to represent you. No analytics service and no marketing company receives it.

Before the form sends, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser for signs of automated spam. It reads technical signals such as your browser type and IP address. It does not see what you typed, and you will not be asked to solve a puzzle.

Anything you tell us as a prospective or current client is also covered by the confidentiality duties in the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, which are stricter than anything in this policy.

The site records how you found us and which pages you read

Separately from anything you type, this website stores three records in your browser's local storage. If your browser blocks local storage, the site uses first-party cookies instead, which expire after 90 days.

• A random visitor ID. The site generates it; it is not based on your name, your device, or anything else about you.
• How you arrived, on your first visit and your most recent one: the search engine, website, or ad campaign that sent you, and the page you landed on. If you clicked an ad, this includes the click identifier that Google, Microsoft, or Meta added to the link.
• The pages you viewed on this site in the last 90 days, with the time of each view. Only the page address is kept.

The site also records when you click a phone number, click a button such as "Book a Free Consultation," or successfully send the contact form. Each of these events carries the three records above. None of them includes anything you typed into the form.

Arrival and page records older than 90 days are replaced or dropped. The visitor ID stays until you clear this site's data from your browser.

Google, Cloudflare, and our marketing agency receive site data

• Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, receives the page views and events described above along with standard technical information: browser, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy.
• Better Off Growth, the firm's web and marketing agency, receives the visitor ID, arrival records, page list, and events so it can report to the firm which pages and campaigns lead to calls and inquiries. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number, or message.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block abuse.
• Google Maps supplies the office map on our home, contact, and location pages. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details.

You can clear or block these records in your browser

This site does not show a cookie banner, so the records above are created when you visit. To remove or prevent them:

• Clear this site's data in your browser settings. This deletes the visitor ID, arrival records, and page list.
• Browse in a private or incognito window. The browser discards the records when you close it.
• Block cookies and site data for fleisherpattersonlaw.com in your browser settings.
• Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on, which stops Google Analytics on every website you visit.

The site works the same with any of these turned on. It does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.

We never sell your information

• We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.
• We never share it with third-party marketers or data brokers.
• We never use the details of your inquiry for anything except responding to you and serving you.

We keep inquiries only as long as we need them

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client files are retained as our professional obligations under Colorado law require.

You can ask what we hold and have it corrected or deleted
